2019 Architectural Practice of the Year Commercial - Finalist
The finalists for this year’s Belfast Telegraph Property Awards have been announced and we are thrilled to be shortlisted in the Architectural Practice of the Year Commercial category.
Chair of the judging panel Professor Alastair Adair, deputy vice-chancellor, Ulster University summed up just how hot this year’s contest has been: “The Belfast Telegraph Property Awards 2019 in partnership with Electric Ireland is again characterised by the high quality and number of nominations demonstrating the highly competitive nature of the competition and the desire to win these prestigious awards,” he said.
“We are delighted to see evidence of emergent talent across the categories where innovative staff are raising standards of service and design that the public increasingly demands“.
Since January 2018 we have delivered £250m+ construction value projects – an incredible accomplishment for a relatively small Belfast based architectural practice. We are currently delivering new contracts at almost £510m construction value. We have secured new clients in new sectors and have enjoyed continued success in the highly competitive London market alongside many larger practices – a huge accomplishment for a close-knit team of 30 (seen in the picture ‘Wearing it Loud’ during Deaf Awareness Week, May 2019 – in support of team member Eoghan who is deaf).
We’re looking forward to the awards event on November 15 in the Crowne Plaza hotel, Belfast.
Emma Wright has also been shortlisted in the Young Architect of the Year category. Read more here.
