Sean Tunney

Director

Sean has been responsible for the successful design, delivery and management of projects, particularly in the hotel, residential and commercial sectors. Sean is a natural leader with excellent communication skills which are anchored to a wealth of technical and statutory knowledge and excels in the refining of building layouts to maximise efficiency, optimise space and add value.

Sean has tutored at Queen’s University Belfast and The University of Ulster and has served on the committee for the RSUA.

Sean has been involved in many award winning projects within the office, including Murray’s Exchange which received a Commendation in the 2012 RICS Awards and was shortlisted in the Civic Trust Awards; and Queen’s University Staff Accommodation which received a Commendation in the 2014 RSUA Design Awards and was shortlisted for the 2014 RICS Awards.
