Fairfax Place Handover
At the beginning of July we handed over the first of 3 phases being delivered by #teamwhiteink of the Canalside Sheerwater regeneration master plan in Woking.
The Canalside masterplan designed by BDP was created to “create a thriving, sustainable community that meets the changing needs of modern living”. It encompasses various residential typologies – social, private and elderly care housing – in addition to community, education, healthcare and commercial spaces all centred around a new park that puts open space at the centre of the site park. Over 1200 new homes are planned to replace 570 low density houses on the existing Sheerwater estate.
Delighted to be working on the next two phases with and looking forward to seeing them develop on site.
