Milestones at Mount Pleasant
Delivering Quality and Reaching Milestones at Mount Pleasant, Farringdon.
In Farringdon, Phase 3 of the Mount Pleasant project reaches significant milestones with 3 blocks reaching completion ahead of the remaining blocks and external landscaping.
We have been working as lead Architect on this complex £145m residential project from Stage 3 for Taylor Wimpey Central London and McAleer & Rushe. Characterised by stringent site constraints and high-quality façade detailing, White Ink has worked meticulously with the wider design team to deliver a scheme which achieves the Client’s ambitions for a high-quality scheme, fit for its surroundings and for future generations.
On Phase 4, a collaborative design process with McAleer & Rushe and the Design Team is coming to fruition with the installation of precast brick cladding panels. Reflecting our ethos of doing the hard thinking first and implementing modern methods of construction, the panels have been fabricated offsite with integrated glazing, ventilation, and balustrade systems, alongside intricate brickwork and concrete elements to simplify the build sequence and mitigate site issues for the Contractor. Whilst also ensuring a high-quality finish is delivered.
We look forward to seeing the completion of Phase 3 and working collaboratively with the Team to deliver Phase 4. Caldwell Consulting Engineers LTD, Iesis Group, Tri External Landscape Design LLP, FP McCann Ltd.
