Belt and BREEAM – Hold on to that rating

The BREEAM New Construction 2018 manual was launched on 7th March 2018 – this will become active to all newly registered BREEAM projects from the 23rd March 2018.

Architect Andrew O’Doherty recently spoke at a CIOB Maidstone event to consider the challenges faced by contractors and architects in achieving BREEAM in light of the upcoming new changes.
