White Ink Architects are working with GRAHAM Construction to deliver the refurbished and extended School of Mathematical Sciences at the Queen Mary University Mile End Campus, as originally designed by Kendall Kingscott Architects. The project will provide inspiring, modern and collaborative spaces for both students and staff.
Key works include the refurbishment of the existing 1960’s brutalist concrete building comprising replacement of the building envelope (façade and roof), complete interior fit-out and extension at basement level to accommodate a new social space and external sunken courtyard.
This project has a target BREEAM Excellent rating.
Works commenced on site early February 2018 and are due for completion Spring 2019.
