Áine Glackin
Áine’s experience encompasses work in the commercial, hotel, residential care and education sectors, spanning each stage of design and delivery. She is responsible for the strategic management of projects including the provision of risk analysis, due diligence and tender assistance services.
A natural leader, Áine has excellent negotiation and communication skills which have helped establish and build on successful partnering relationships to deliver projects within defined, often onerous, parameters.
Áine also has responsibility for Marketing and PR and has been intrinsic in the development of the Company’s vision and the establishment of a vibrant office culture based on strong core values.
Áine is an active STEM and CITB Construction Ambassador and voluntarily works with the Ulster University Belfast School of Architecture and sits on the Board of Directors of Place NI. Within the office Áine has established an ethos of teaching and continual learning.
In 2017 Áine was a Women in Business NI Awards Finalist for ‘Best in Professional Services’ and recently was shortlisted as a UK Construction Week Role Model for 2018/19. She has also been involved in many significant and award winning projects within the office, including the Terrace Mount Development in Bournemouth – shortlisted in the 2016 Construction News Awards ‘Project of the Year £10m-£50m’ – and Nazareth House, a residential care home in Dublin.
