Sarah McGonigle

Associate Architect

Sarah has been responsible for the successful design, delivery and management of complex projects particularly in the residential sector. Sarah also has significant expertise in executing Peer Reviews on prospective projects for our clients.

Applying her wealth of technical and statutory knowledge, Sarah excels in the systematic analysis of planning approved residential layouts – refining them to maximise efficiency, optimise space and add value.

Her proficiency in the use of Revit software and delivery of projects that have employed the principles of BIM has resulted in fully coordinated, efficient and viable design solutions for our clients.

Sarah is a member of the Construction Industry Forum (CIFNI) Building Regulations Subgroup which assists the Northern Ireland Building Regulations Advisory Committee (NIABRAC). She is one of 4 architects representing the RSUA in this subgroup and will consider any Department of Finance proposals which may arise in the area of Fire.

Sarah has been involved in many significant and award winning projects within the office, including Palace View and Westminster Quarter – both in London, and Queen’s University of Belfast Staff Accommodation which received a Commendation in the 2014 RSUA Design Awards and was shortlisted for the 2014 RICS Awards.
