Harnessing the benefits of the coordinated 3D Model

The White Ink team continues to harness the benefits of the coordinated 3D model on The Denizen – a £36m 10-storey mixed tenure residential development in central London – which White Ink is delivering with McAleer & Rushe for Taylor Wimpey Central London.

Working closely with the contractor, consultants and specialist sub-contractors the model has been an invaluable tool in understanding the construction challenges and aspirations for the project.

It has been used to generate detailed visuals for planning approval for materials, walk throughs, tender packages and for the coordination of complex construction interfaces between trades.

Original design by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.
