Plot K1 is a six-storey residential building being built as part of the Canada Water Masterplan, which is being developed in phases by British Land. It comprises 79no. Apartments including 60no. Social units (of which 8no. are accessible apartments) & 19no. Intermediate tenure.

Most apartments are accessed from an external walkway wrapping a communal landscaped courtyard area. Ancillary spaces include refuse spaces, cycle stores and a separate Energy Centre.

The facades comprise precast brick slip panels and hand laid brick.

WIA are the Design & Build Architects appointed by McAleer & Rushe to develop the project through RIBA Stages 3 & 4 and deliver onsite.
