Five separate blocks ranging from 4 – 11 storeys in height will provide 336 new homes of mixed tenure, ground floor retail units and an office building arranged around a new public square.

The apartment design has been developed in accordance with the relevant housing standards, regulations and design guides whilst resolving all the critical interfaces associated with forming a boundary around the Royal Mail’s working service yard.

A raised, community amenity space is created over the top of part of the Royal Mail’s operations and the remainder is covered with an extensive green roof planted with a flowering meadow, providing both acoustic separation and a visual amenity to residents.
