This residential development was designed to be a catalyst for regeneration in the Belfast docklands and became a landmark development within the area. The scheme includes 135 apartments within two tiered buildings overlooking a private, raised courtyard.

The design approach was to visually break-up the mass of the development into two distinct apartment blocks set upon a 3-storey raised podium housing the carpark and two ground-floor retail units. The block closest to an adjacent listed Church is seven stories in height whilst the other, in dramatic contrast, rises to fourteen stories to address the River Lagan and to announce it’s presence on the Belfast skyline.
